SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

By placing an order with alma wellness boutique, you acknowledge and agree to the processing terms outlined below.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Please allow 3-10 business days for order processing, excluding shipping time.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take longer than 3-10 business days. Feel free to CONTACT US for an estimated processing time after your order is placed.

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

  • If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you with an updated delivery time or provide a refund. You will also be alerted when the item is back in stock.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to rush orders or guarantee delivery times.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping rates are determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • We do not offer rush orders or guarantee shipping times.

  • Shipping times:

    • 1-3 business days within Ontario

    • 3-5 business days within Canada

    • 4-8 business days to the United States
      PLEASE NOTE: Orders may experience delays due to external factors such as COVID-19. For the latest updates on shipping delays, please CONTACT US.

  • If you choose the "small packet air" shipping option, you agree to assume full responsibility for your package. Tracking will not be available for this economical option.

  • For "Xpresspost" or "Priority" shipping, a signature may be required upon delivery.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. alma wellness boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

  • Customers must be present for package delivery or make alternative arrangements in advance.

  • If a delivery attempt is made but no delivery occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local post office to claim the package or reschedule delivery.

  • If a package is returned to alma wellness boutique due to failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • Non-Canadian customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
