Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you with an updated delivery time or provide a refund. You will also be alerted when the item is back in stock.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you choose the "small packet air" shipping option, you agree to assume full responsibility for your package. Tracking will not be available for this economical option.

For "Xpresspost" or "Priority" shipping, a signature may be required upon delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. alma wellness boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

Customers must be present for package delivery or make alternative arrangements in advance.

If a delivery attempt is made but no delivery occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local post office to claim the package or reschedule delivery.

If a package is returned to alma wellness boutique due to failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.
